Are you interested or committed?
Interest is easy. Commitment is hard. Know the difference.
Interested people show up when it's convenient. Committed people show up no matter what.
You say you want success? Look at your actions, not your words. They tell the real story.
Commitment means doing the work even when the novelty wears off. When it's no longer exciting. When it hurts.
Interested people have goals. Committed people have deadlines, schedules, and backup plans.
You'll face setbacks. Interested people use them as excuses. Committed people use them as lessons.
Commitment isn't about motivation. It's about discipline. Doing what needs to be done, especially when you don't feel like it.
Interested people dabble. Committed people focus. They say no to good opportunities to focus on great ones.
Don't fool yourself. If you're not willing to sacrifice for it, you're just interested. And interest without commitment leads nowhere.
Ask yourself: Are you really committed? Or just curious? Your results will give you the answer.
