The leadership way

Choose significance

Remember why you stepped into this role? Was it for the corner office? The fancy title? The paycheck?

Or was it for something more?

I bet it was. I bet there was a fire in your belly. A vision of change. A desire to make a dent in the universe.

But somewhere along the way, things got... comfortable. Predictable. Safe.

You're successful, sure. But are you significant?

Look around your team. Are they just hitting targets, or are they transforming lives? Is your company just turning a profit, or is it solving real problems?

It's easy to get caught up in the metrics. Revenue. Market share. Quarterly reports. Important stuff, no doubt.

But what about the metrics that don't show up on spreadsheets? Lives improved. Minds changed. Futures brightened.

That's significance. And it's calling your name.

It's in the mentor conversation you've been putting off. The bold initiative you've been too cautious to green-light. The stand you've been afraid to take.

Significance isn't always comfortable. It might not look good on paper. It definitely won't be the easy choice.

But it's the choice that'll have you jumping out of bed in the morning. The one that'll inspire your team to give their all. The one that'll leave a legacy long after you've moved on.

The path of significance is right there. It's overgrown, sure. Bit scary, even. But I see you eyeing it. I see that old fire flickering in your eyes.

Why not take the first step? Today. Right now.

Your team is waiting. The world is waiting.
